Terms of service — working outline.

Working draft — pending legal review and management validation. This outline shows what the final terms will cover; it is not yet a binding agreement.

1. The service

ManualForge turns process videos into draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), with step photos, checklists, training notes, and printable QR Hub pages — always subject to your own review and approval workflow.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and the documents generated from them. You grant ManualForge only the processing rights needed to operate the service (storage, transcription, AI analysis, rendering). See Your data.

3. AI-drafted output

Generated documents are drafts produced from your own footage and narration. ManualForge does not warrant that any procedure meets regulatory, food-safety, or labor requirements — reviewing and approving each SOP is your responsibility, and the product enforces that review before anything loses its draft banner.

4. Acceptable use

Film your own operations, with your team's knowledge and agreement. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

5. Liability, jurisdiction, and formal notices

To be confirmed — pending legal counsel review (governing law, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, company identification).
